Written feedback and marking of essays or assignments submitted by participants as part of their purchased package.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time. Where a Service you have purchased is cancelled or materially changed prior to delivery, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative where possible.

This does not constitute an entitlement to a refund.
6.3 Cancellation by Quick Fox Education LTD
We reserve the right to cancel any Service with reasonable notice. In such cases, we will offer a rescheduled date or equivalent alternative. We shall not be held liable for any costs or losses incurred as a result of cancellation.

## 8. Marking and Assessment Services
8.1 Where marking or essay feedback is included in your purchased package, the following terms apply:
8.2 Turnaround Time
All marking requests will be completed within 3 business days of a valid submission being received. Submissions made outside of business hours will be processed from the next working day.
8.3 Submission Requirements
Submissions must be made via the designated submission portal or by emailing marking@quickfoxeducation.co.uk. Submissions must include your full name, order reference, and the relevant assignment title.
8.4 AI-Generated Content
Quick Fox Education LTD reserves the right to refuse marking of any submission that is reasonably suspected to have been wholly or partially written or generated by artificial intelligence (AI) tools, including but not limited to large language models and text generation software.
- Where a submission is refused on these grounds, no refund, credit, or alternative will be provided.
- The customer will be notified of the refusal in writing.
- Quick Fox Education LTD's determination regarding suspected AI-generated content is final.
8.5 Submitted work must be the original work of the student. Submissions that are found to contain plagiarised content may also be refused at our discretion, with no entitlement to a refund.

9.1 All materials, content, resources, recordings, slides, notes, and other materials provided as part of our Services ("Content") are the intellectual property of Quick Fox Education LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright law.
