Sales & Refund Policy

All purchases made through Quick Fox Education LTD are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Inability to attend a scheduled webinar

• Dissatisfaction with webinar content or outcomes

• Technical difficulties on the participant's end

Technical Issues

In the rare event of a disruption caused solely by Quick Fox Education LTD's technical infrastructure — such as a platform outage or cancelled session with no suitable alternative — we will endeavour to offer access to a recorded version of the session or a rescheduled date at our discretion. This does not constitute a right to a refund.

Predictions & Outcomes Disclaimer

Any predictions, forecasts, recommendations, or guidance provided during our webinars are offered for educational purposes only. They represent the informed opinions of our educators at the time of delivery and are not guarantees of any specific outcome or result. Quick Fox Education LTD accepts no liability for decisions made based on information presented during our webinars.

Marking & Assessment Services

For participants who have purchased marking and feedback services as part of their webinar package, the following terms apply:

• All marking requests will be completed within 3 business days of the request being submitted.

• Requests must be submitted via the designated submission portal or by emailing marking@quickfoxeducation.co.uk.

• Quick Fox Education LTD reserves the right to refuse marking of any submission that is reasonably suspected to have been wholly or partially written or generated by artificial intelligence (AI) tools.

• Where a submission is refused on these grounds, no refund or alternative will be provided. Participants will be notified of the refusal in writing.

• Quick Fox Education LTD's decision regarding AI-suspected content is final.
